Week 1 - Strength


Week one is dedicated to building strength in your legs, arms, wrists and core. A strong core gives you a strong and healthy back, as well as a stable center. You will finish this week feeling stronger, toned, healthier and more in control of your body




Week 2 - Flexibility

Become more flexible with week two of the 30-day challenge. Through a series of carefully crafted poses and stretches, you'll increase your range of motion, alleviate tension, and promote overall body fluidity. Improved flexibility can lead to better posture, reduced risk of injuries, and greater ease in daily movements.


Week 3 - Balance

By now your breath will be well aligned with your movement, allowing yourself to flow much easier in the poses.
