Course Curriculum (Preview)
Week 1 - Finding your ground
Week 1 is all about finding your ground. We'll do grounding bodyscan meditations to help you shake off stress and find some peace. By the end of the week, you'll notice things feeling a bit lighter, like a mental sigh of relief. It's like a mini-vacation for your brain!
Week 2 - Anxiety and Stress
In week 2 we're tackling stress and anxiety head-on. Using science-backed tools, we'll explore practical techniques to help you overcome the daily struggles. No jargon, just real-life strategies to break free from the grip of stress. By the end of this week, you'll be equipped with practical tools that empower you to face stressors with confidence.
Week 3 - Health anxiety and chronic pain
We can all worry about our health at times, sometimes symptoms can send us into states of panic. This week we will explore health anxiety and how learning to "tune in" to your body and sensations rather than "tune out" will help you to overcome health anxiety.
Week 4 - Dealing with strong emotions
Explore the transformative power of meditation to navigate and dissolve strong emotions such as anger, fear, and sadness. Learn practical techniques for emotional resilience, finding calm within, and turning turbulence into opportunities for growth.
Week 5 - Sleep and coming out of exhaustion
This week we delve into the restorative benefits of meditation for overcoming exhaustion and improving sleep. Discover practical techniques to unwind, release tension, and cultivate a deep, restful sleep. This week is dedicated to reclaiming restful nights and waking up refreshed, ready to embrace each day with newfound energy and vitality.
Week 6 - Role stress and time pressure
Do you ever feel like you don't have enough time in your day to get everything done? This week we will explore how meditation can actually give you more time. We will also explore all of the roles we play in our lives and how they can cause us stress.
Week 7 - I Am Enough
Much of our anxiety can be caused by an in-felt sense of unworthiness or not quite feeling "enough". This week explores how meditation can put us in touch with our innate wholeness, that is always there no matter what.
Week 8 - Taking care of yourself
Creating sustainable habits can propel us into positive states of mind. This week is all about letting go of what isn't nourishing you in your life and doing more of what is nourishing you. We will use practical tools to uncover what makes you happy and begin implementing this into your life.
Week 9 - Recovery from trauma
Everybody has been through some form of trauma and more often that not this is the root cause of anxiety. This week we will learn how mindfulness meditation can help us to move through trauma so that we aren't held back by the past and can truly thrive in the present.
Week 10 - Letting go of Fear
This week focuses on navigating and transcending fear through the power of meditation. Learn practical techniques to release the grip of fear, allowing you to continue living a fulfilling life. This week's guided meditations will empower you to move through fear, fostering resilience and courage
Week 11 - Elevated Function
Learn all about how meditation can help you to elevate your functioning - helping you to perform better at work, in sport and many other aspects of your life. A calm mind brings clarity, and clarity allows you to pursue the life that you want to live
Week 12 - The Way of Freedom
This week will teach you a special meditation technique that is the key to unlocking freedom from suffering. Using ancient Buddhist meditations we will delve deep into releasing the chains of suffering and living a life of freedom and happiness.

Sion is a yoga and mindfulness teacher with years of experience helping people find healing, rest, and connection. A qualified mindfulness instructor trained by ZenWays, he leads in-person and online courses, including his 8-week mindfulness program in Stroud and Yoga Nidra workshops for sleep.
As co-founder of Heartful Retreats, Sion organizes yoga and walking retreats across stunning locations like Snowdonia, Sicily, and the Lake District. His work has been featured on S4C, BBC Radio Cymru, and BBC News, highlighting his expertise and passion for mindfulness and well-being.
Rooted in deep personal practice and global travels, Sion’s teaching is warm, heart-centred, and accessible to all.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need experience in yoga and mindfulness to do this program?
In short, no you don't need experience to do the program. It is designed to introduce you to the practices slowly so that you can start to build them into your daily life.
What happens at the end of the three months?
Even though the program is designed to be completed over three months you will receive lifetime access to it. So you can complete the program at your own pace. It is updated four times a year with new guided meditations and yoga practices. The program is also designed to provide you with the necessary tools to continue the process alone once the three months ends
How much spare time do I need to do the program?
Initially, the practices are only 15 minutes a day. As well as this you will need about an hour a week to go over the content. If you are on the gold package then once a week you will receive a 1 hour, one-to-one session with me.
What does the Gold Package include?
In the Gold Package, you're not just signing up for the meditation program—you're also receiving four exclusive 50-minute 1-1 sessions with Siôn, our mindfulness expert.
