Week 2 - Finding Peace from Within
Get ready to dive deeper in Week 2 as we explore "Finding Peace from Within." We'll keep it simple with a counting breath meditation—no fancy stuff, just you and your breath. This week is all about uncovering that inner calm that's been there all along. By counting your breaths, you'll tap into a peaceful rhythm that can ease your mind and bring a sense of tranquility
Week 3 - Overcoming Stress and Anxiety
In Week 3, we're tackling stress and anxiety head-on. Using science-backed tools, we'll explore practical techniques to help you overcome the daily struggles. Week 4 - Mindfulness in Daily Life
In our last week, we're bringing it all home with "Mindfulness in Daily Life." We'll take the mindfulness practices you've learned and apply them to your everyday routine. When does the course begin?
This program begins once you purchase it, as it's a self study course. It is a self-study course (unless you chose the Gold Package) and you will need 15 mins a day to practice the meditation, this is done in your own time so whenever suits you.
Do I need experience in meditation to do this program?
In short, no you don't need experience to do the program. It is designed to introduce you to the practices slowly so that you can start to build them into your daily life.
What does the Gold Package include?
In the Gold Package, you're not just signing up for the meditation program—you're also receiving four exclusive 50-minute 1-1 sessions with Siôn, our mindfulness expert. Tailored to your needs, these sessions provide personalized guidance and unique meditations, ensuring that you are on the right path. These sessions can be booked at a time that suits you
What happens at the end of the 28 days?
Even though the program is designed to be completed over 28 days you will receive lifetime access to it. So you can complete the program at your own pace. It is updated four times a year with new guided meditations. The program is also designed to provide you with the necessary tools to continue the process alone once the 28 days ends
How much spare time do I need to do the program?
The meditations are only 15 minutes a day. There are options to mediate for longer if you wish as well as explore other practices, but this is not necessary.
